With over 15 years of experience across supply chain, planning, logistics, and analytics, I’ve worked across startups and global organizations including HP, Microsoft, Abbott, DHL, and Zuellig Pharma. My work focuses on improving execution readiness, operational decision-making, and planning effectiveness across complex and supply-constrained environments.I currently lead planning, inventory, and operational transformation initiatives at HP, supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations across global networks. Prior to this, I was the Director of Supply Chain Planning & Analytics at Microsoft, where I led regional planning and execution initiatives across APAC, helping align procurement, scheduling, supply, and financial priorities across diverse markets and operational constraints.I typically work at the intersection of planning, operations, finance, and analytics — translating ambiguity, supply constraints, and competing business priorities into actionable decision frameworks.
